Marketing Execs Unanimously Recommend MotionPoint Forum

In a post-event survey, marketing executives from Best Buy, Ford Credit, 1-800-Flowers, Soccer.com and others were unanimous in recommending MotionPoint’s Executive Forum to other MotionPoint clients.  Attendees also reported a laundry list of action items coming out of the forum – all aimed at better servicing the rapidly growing U.S. Hispanic market.

The Executive Forum marks MotionPoint’s first formal effort to facilitate knowledge exchange among its hundreds of website language management clients.  In addition to networking with one another, executives participated in sessions on such topics as “MotionPoint Client Benchmarks”, “Interactive Case Study - Best Buy”, “Turning Trends into Trillions”, “U.S. Hispanic Traffic Tactics - What Works?”, “U.S. Hispanic Conversion - What Works?”, “The Agency Perspective” and others.

Attendees described the MotionPoint Client Report as “useful for benchmarking” while others called the Best Buy Case Study the “highlight of the idea sharing” at the event.  The two participating multi-cultural marketing agencies -- Bravo Group and Dieste Harmel & Partners -- received rave reviews from attendees.

“The small group size and discussions were the biggest plus … I got more actionable info than most conferences I’ve attended,” one attendee commented. 

According to Chuck Whiteman, MotionPoint’s Senior Vice President of Client Services, plans are already being made for next year’s marketing forum.  “We were pleased by the quality of the exchange and the feedback we received from those that attended.  We are looking forward to involving even more clients next year.  Our belief is that through this knowledge exchange, we can help to elevate the multi-lingual marketing success of all MotionPoint clients”, said Whiteman.

This collaboration concept appears to be bearing fruit already.  According to Whiteman, “Some of our clients are even working on joint promotions as a direct result of meeting and strategizing at the forum.
