Specifying a language but not a country code can make localization difficult, and you can avoid problems by using a full locale property instead of just a language. Locales contain the language and the country code where it’s spoken, such as fr-FR (French in France) or en-GB (English in Great Britain). This allows your app to support alternate spellings, date formats, and differences between two countries with a shared language.
