Information Assurance: Security Engineer

MotionPoint Corporation is committed to achieving the optimal level of security and privacy protection for our and our customers’ data and information assets while providing a safe and secure computing environment in which to conduct our daily business. The Security Engineer is responsible for monitoring, preventing, and reacting to threats and is an integral part of the MotionPoint Information Security Management System (ISMS). This role works closely with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Information Technology, Development and other MotionPoint business units to ensure security framework, regulatory, and compliance requirements are met and maintained (e.g., PCI DSS, HITRUST, HIPAA, etc.), and threats are responded to appropriately.

Solutions Engineer

MotionPoint is currently looking for highly motivated, detail oriented self-driven Solutions Engineers to help our sales organization deliver end-to-end solutions for our client’s globalization efforts. Solutions Engineers work directly with Sales to provide technical expertise, solutions and guidance where needed in the presales process and post-sale implementation.

Support Team Analyst (Customer Support Engineer)

The Support Team Analyst is an exciting position at the front lines of MotionPoint’s operations. Part of a close-knit team, the Support Team Analyst is responsible for receiving, diagnosing and clarifying requests from MotionPoint’s Enterprise clients. He or she sets client expectations, and manages issue resolution across departments. This position is a great starting point for a candidate who excels at customer service, and is keen to learn more about front-end web technologies and/or the translation industry.

Strategic Account Manager

The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) is responsible for maximizing the value MotionPoint generates from a specific portfolio of accounts. He/She does this by understanding the client’s goals, creating a project plan that accomplishes these goals and then managing the project team to that plan. The SAM will also facilitate the process of identifying the Key Outcome(s) that maximizes the value of each client to MotionPoint along with the Action Items that should result in realizing these Outcome(s). Qualified candidates will have strong experience managing multiple high-complexity projects simultaneously and are experienced in evaluating and communicating project timeline, resource, and cost information to clients and internal teams. This process requires participation from others – in particular, the assigned GoToMarket Account Executive as well as the assigned Service Delivery team members. It is the SAM’s responsibility to facilitate this interaction, document the Account Plan, ensure that the Action Items are executed as required to generate the Key Outcome(s), and update the Account Plan as circumstances change. The key to success for an SAM is a clear understanding of how MotionPoint generates value for each customer. Critical to developing this deep understanding are strong relationships between the MotionPoint team and the customer. The SAM must orchestrate the development of these relationships. Developing these relationships may require the SAM to create analyses that illustrate the benefits (from the perspective of the person being influenced) of a suggested course of action. The SAM will monitor the progress of each Account Plan and its Action Items.

Account Executive

MotionPoint is seeking an experienced technology sales professional with a customer-focused attitude to join as an Account Executive. Our Account Executives help leading brands grow their business by expanding and optimizing their web presence in different languages and countries. MotionPoint Account Executives are consultative, consensus builders who generate a sense of urgency and excel at leading and closing complex sales.

Senior Java Software Engineer (Local or Remote)

This position is for a Senior Java Software Engineer in MotionPoint’s applications development group. The candidate will participate in all aspects of the software development process including, requirements gathering, designing, coding, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment automation. The candidate is expected to work well within a collaborative team of software professionals, have passion for relentless research and have technical group leadership abilities with the capability of acting as a technical leader across multiple projects. For local candidates, this is a remote position during shelter in place and the candidates will be required to work at location when covid shelter in place restrictions are lifted.

Health Insurance

We offer a choice of medical plans, with coverage ranging from employee only to family coverage. MotionPoint pays half of the full premium, no matter which coverage level you select. Domestic partners are also covered.

We also offer a choice of dental and vision insurance options, with coverage ranging from employee only to family coverage.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Health FSAs and Dependent Care FSAs are available to employees.

Employees are eligible to enroll in our 401(k) program, which offers a company match of 4%. Funds vest immediately.

Paid Time Off

Each staff member is given at least 15 days of PTO per year, which encompasses vacation, sick time and personal time.

Paid Holidays

MotionPoint observes the following U.S. paid holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas.
