Leading the holistic, sales-enabling, marketing efforts at MotionPoint. Reporting directly to MotionPoint’s CEO, this person will be responsible for all areas of marketing, including product, growth, and brand. You will lead, recruit and develop a team to drive awareness, engagement, and retention. You are a ‘player/coach’ who can drive both strategy and execution across all marketing efforts. You are data-driven, creative, highly collaborative, and have empathy for our customers with a passion for aligning marketing strategies with optimal customer outcomes. You are excited to take on the early workload and then recruit and mentor a great team.

This part-time in-office position is based at our headquarters located in Coconut Creek, Florida.

We offer a choice of medical plans, with coverage ranging from employee only to family coverage. MotionPoint pays half of the full premium, no matter which coverage level you select. Domestic partners are also covered.
We also offer a choice of dental and vision insurance options, with coverage ranging from employee only to family coverage.
Health FSAs and Dependent Care FSAs are available to employees.

Employees are eligible to enroll in our 401(k) program, which offers a company match of 4%. Funds vest immediately.
MotionPoint provides all team members a $15,000 term life insurance policy, at no cost to the employee.
Each staff member is given at least 15 days of PTO per year, which encompasses vacation, sick time and personal time.
Commencing July 2022, MotionPoint’s vacation policy will convert to a flexible (unlimited) PTO plan.
