We offer a choice of medical plans, with coverage ranging from employee only to family coverage. MotionPoint pays half of the full premium, no matter which coverage level you select. Domestic partners are also covered.
We also offer a choice of dental and vision insurance options, with coverage ranging from employee only to family coverage.
Health FSAs and Dependent Care FSAs are available to employees.
Other supplemental policies at group rates are also available, including disability insurance, term life insurance, gym membership reimbursement, free Headspace annual memberships and more.
Employees are eligible to enroll in our 401(k) program, which offers a company match of 4%. Funds vest immediately.

Each staff member is given at least 15 days of PTO per year, which encompasses vacation, sick time and personal time.
Commencing July 2022, MotionPoint’s vacation policy will convert to a flexible (unlimited) PTO plan.
