Evan Kramer

Chief Executive Officer

Evan Kramer has over 25 years’ experience managing private equity and venture-backed companies focused on digital transformation, marketing, and technology. Mr. Kramer has delivered strong investor returns over four different exits.

Prior to joining Motion Point, Kramer was most recently CEO of White Glove, a tech-enabled marketing platform to which he transformed a traditional marketing service into a tech-enabled digital marketing platform. Previously, Kramer led Knowfully Learning Group to 500% growth over 4 years by expanding a professional education company into a digital remote learning edtech company that serviced certified professionals across accounting, finance, and healthcare. Before Knowfully, Mr. Kramer was a marketing and technology executive, either General Manager or CMO to Credibly, The Neat Company, LifeShield (sold to DirecTV), EZPrints.com (sold to CafePress), Hubzu.com, and VacationRoost (sold to Ski.com). Mr. Kramer began his career as a CPA with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Throughout his career, Mr. Kramer has been an active speaker in digital marketing and product management and a board member and advisor to several start-ups. He earned a BBA from University of Michigan and an MBA from Emory University.

Candice Telfer

Chief Financial Officer

Candice Telfer is an experienced CFO with a history of working for PE-backed, software global leaders with a high growth trajectory. With more than 20 years of financial experience, Candice’s strong leadership background helps her to manage MotionPoint’s budgets and assets, while optimizing financial and operations resources for strategic business growth.

Prior to joining MotionPoint, Candice has been held several leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer for Motility Software Solutions and ITEC Entertainment Corporation, Vice President of Finance for PowerDMS, and Controller for Empower Software Solutions.

Candice earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Stephen Tyler

Chief Product and Technology Officer

Stephen has over 30 years of experience in product development including extensive experience in strategy and technical leadership roles. He has worked in a wide range of sectors from GovTech to Energy to Enterprise IT management. He has led product development in several innovative startups, one of which was acquired by CA Technologies where he then spent 13 years in Engineering and Product Management leadership roles before moving to PE-backed GovTech SaaS product company Rock Solid Technologies as their Chief Technology Officer.

As Chief Product and Technology Officer, Stephen leads vision, strategy, development and delivery for MotionPoint’s product and technology platform.   Stephen aims to ensure MotionPoint is an industry leading innovator in driving forward the state of the art in enterprise translation and localization, leveraging the strength of MotionPoint’s core products while harnessing the new wave of AI technologies to drive superior outcomes for our customers.

Jessica DeBianchi Rivera

Chief Operating Officer

Jessica DeBianchi Rivera brings a holistic view of the customer to her role as MotionPoint’s Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for deploying customer-centric operational strategies to maximize acquisition and retention.

With 15+ years of experience collaborating inside and with C-Suites at leading technology companies, Jessica has established herself as a key, hands-on operator and facilitator who helps companies accelerate business momentum, streamline processes, assess risk, and empower teamwide performance and culture building to drive growth and deliver results.

Jessica previously served as EVP of People & Performance to MotionPoint (and prior to that, EVP of Global Sales & Corporate Affairs). Before MotionPoint, Jessica served as Chief Legal Officer to Velocity Solutions, a fintech provider of marketing and SaaS solutions. Previously, she was Vice President & Senior Counsel at Bankrate, Inc. (formerly NYSE: RATE).

Jessica is active in the Association of Corporate Counsel in-house community, serving the South Florida chapter as its immediate-past President, and as a member of its Board of Directors. She earned her Juris Doctor, MBA and bachelor’s degrees from the University of Florida. She also serves as MotionPoint’s General Counsel.

Rob Lyons

Chief Information Officer & Head of Technology Enablement

Rob Lyons has 17 years of experience in the software industry. As a developer, manager, and executive tech leader, he has spent the bulk of his career in and around marketing technology, dealing with everything from custom development shops to traditional ad agencies.

Rob comes to MotionPoint after serving as CTO for White Glove, a Private Equity owned FinTech marketing services company. There, he put to use his expertise in troubleshooting, project management, DevOps, and software architecture.

Rob studied computer science at Michigan State University (go Spartans!) where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree.

Jason Brick

Senior Vice President, Customer Operations

Jason Brick brings more than 15 years of B2B service and operations leadership to the role of VP, Customer Operations, and delivers on MotionPoint’s philosophy of ‘working hard to make it easy’ for customers, every day.

With a proven track record of customer service excellence, Jason prioritizes relationship and team building to deliver superior experiences and ongoing value, ensuring that MotionPoint provides tailor-made solutions to help each customer reach their unique multilingual website and digital content goals.  

Prior to joining MotionPoint, Jason served in key roles at Siemens and Nokia Networks, managing software upgrades and serving on the Executive Strategic Initiatives Committee at Siemens. 

Jason earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida.

Tony Abena

Chairman of the Board

Tony Abena is a globally recognized leader and entrepreneur. Along with being Chairman of the Board, Tony is an Executive in Residence at Deloitte, the world’s largest professional services firm. Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer of Deloitte Investments, and Managing Director, Deloitte New-venture Accelerator, an internal investment vehicle and business incubator for alternative IP/technology-driven businesses in areas such as legal services, life sciences, human capital software, cognitive/AI, data/analytics, and information services. As of 2020, Deloitte has generated over $1 billion in new revenues from these investments.

Previously, Tony was Chairman and CEO of Insite Software (acquired by Insight Venture Partners in 2019). Twice, Forrester Research named the company a Leader in B2B commerce platforms alongside Oracle, IBM, and SAP/Hybris. Before this, he was President, Global Legal, and SVP, US Law Firms, a $2 Billion P&L division, for Thomson Reuters, the leading provider of information supporting the rule of law globally. He was also CTO/COO at techies.com, recognized by PCWeek as the #1 technology recruitment website. Prior to that, he served in a variety of roles including President, Gartner Institute and Vice President, Product at Gartner, the world’s leading IT research and advisory firm, after the company acquired an e-learning company Tony co-founded.

Tony earned his MBA from the University of Minnesota, and B.S. from Lewis and Clark College.
